Improper behavior by managers or supervisors presents potential liabilities to their organizations as well as to themselves. Replacing talented, experienced people, who have behavioral blind spots, can be extremely difficult and costly.

Perhaps an experienced older member of your organization uses a somewhat demeaning tone, or perhaps makes borderline comments, or tells ill-advised jokes to women on his team.

Perhaps an up-and-coming manager tends to run roughshod over people.

Perhaps your world-class scientist has just been reported for racial harassment for the second time.

These people pose a puzzle. Their behavior has to change or you face serious business and legal implications. However, you don't want the person discharged or forced to leave, perhaps to a competitor.

Respect, Inc. can help. Our one-to-one remedial coaching is

Perhaps a talented leader needs new skills to move to the next executive level.

Perhaps a talented leader needs new skills to increase group alignment and performance, or to work cross-functionally.

Perhaps a talented leader needs new skills to maximize the value of their own cultural diversity while working within your U.S.-based organization.

These people pose an opportunity. New skills and individual attention can greatly enhance their natural talent, contribution, and upward mobility.

Respect, Inc. can help. Our one-to-one leadership coaching is
