Client Puzzle:
Division of a large chemical company needed to speed up the implementation of a new business strategy.  
Respect Inc. Solution:
Worked with the client to develop and conduct a work environment study to get at underlying issues helping and hindering the new strategy.  Respect consolidated responses, presented the findings to management and suggested ways to improve communications and increase the capabilities and enthusiasm of employees.  
Client Puzzle:
Large chemical company needed to improve communications and supervisory action to ensure an environment free of harassment.  
Respect Inc. Solution:

Designed an employee workshop, a manager workshop, and facilitator training to get the message out to thousands of people.  Anchored the education in company traditions and core values of which employees are very proud.  Provided guidance on how to access official communication channels when necessary.  Also, trained employees to handle problems through respectful feedback, so there is maximum opportunity to preserve working relationships.
