Client Puzzle:

Fortune 500 company was under a court-ordered decree to conduct sexual harassment prevention training for an entire organization. Management needed an approach that would go above and beyond legal requirements, and be relavent in Manufacturing, office field sales, and laboratory settings. Complicating factors: Unionized plant sites and limited funding.

Respect Inc Solution:
Developed an approach tied to strategic corporate value of respect for people. Created a curriculum with modules that addressed needs of specific audiences. A unique feature was a team, including bargaining unit employees, trained to address future complaints and ensure long term compliance with corporate policy.

 

Client Puzzle:

Menninger Foundation requested help with training more than 600 US Army chaplains in the US and Germany about all aspects of sexual harassment.

Plan an implement the investigation, and recommend a course of action that meets the organization's immediate and future goals.
